Aotearoa Refugee and Migrant Support Services

Meet The Team

As a refugee-led organization, we take pride in our diverse team of staff members, with nearly 90% of our staff is constituted of professional individuals with refugee and migrant backgrounds. They represent all refugee and immigrant communities rather than merely the communities they belong to.

This diversity stands as one of our core strengths, enabling us to communicate effectively with our clients in their native languages, identify their concerns on timely manner, and respond to them in real time of needs. The ethic of our services is not bound to a contract/task to be completed but rather to address the actual needs with patience and compassion – making sure, our clients feel important, listened to, and valued.
